Beer Review - Brooklyn Pilsner

Ah, Brooklyn Pilsner. This is one of the smoother drinking beers native to NYC.

The head was small and settled quickly. I tried adding a bit more from a second bottle to the class to get a wee bit more foam for the picture but it didn't work.

That being said, lack of foam was not an issue when it came to drinkability. Crisp and clean with a slightly malty taste. Nice on a hot summer day and probably just as satisfying in the middle of summer.

I'd rate Brooklyn Pilsner as a very solid 4.5 steins.

Hopefully Rach and I will get to the Brooklyn Brewery in the fall.
